At Thrive Together Support, we understand how important companionship, routine, and confidence are for overall wellbeing. That’s why we offer a Befriending Service—a flexible support option designed to help individuals thrive in their own homes or out in the community.

  • Social Trips

We believe in living life to the fullest — and that includes getting out and about! Our social outings give individuals the chance to explore the local community, build friendships, and enjoy new experiences in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

  • Companionship

Our companionship support is designed to reduce feelings of loneliness and promote emotional wellbeing through meaningful connections. Whether it’s sharing a cup of tea, going for a walk, doing a favourite activity, or just having a chat — we’re here.

  • Help at home

We understand that sometimes a little extra support at home can go a long way. Our Help at Home service is here to make everyday life a bit easier, while promoting independence and confidence.

  • Shopping Support

Need a helping hand with the weekly shop or picking up essentials? We’re here to make shopping easier, more manageable — and even enjoyable!

Our Shopping Support service is flexible and tailored to each individual. Whether you prefer to shop in person or need support with a list, we can help with:

We offer flexible times to suit individual needs—whether that’s mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends. Support is tailored around what works best for each person and their family or carer.
