Current Opportunities:

1:1 Support Worker -Thursday’s and Fridays

Role Summary:

We are seeking a committed and caring 1:1 Support Worker to provide consistent support for an individual attending our service. The role includes collecting the service user from Inverurie, transporting them to our base in Bridge of Don, and supporting them throughout the day with tailored activities such as swimming, baking, gardening, and more.

Main Duties:

• Collect the service user from Inverurie and transport them to/from Bridge of Don

• Deliver 1:1 support during structured activities

• Encourage participation, build confidence, and promote independence

• Support personal development and emotional wellbeing

• Maintain clear and accurate daily records and communication

• Provide cover during staff holidays or absences as needed

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities (desirable)

• Full UK driving licence and use of a reliable vehicle

• Business insurance to transport the service user (required)

• Eligible for PVG membership

• Strong communication, patience, and a person-centred approach
