Welcome to Thrive Together Support
Thrive Together Support is a warm, person-centred day service for adults with additional support needs.
Based at Silverburn Lodge in the Bridge of Don, we provide a safe, welcoming and home-from-home environment where every individual is supported to learn new skills, build confidence, make meaningful friendships and enjoy purposeful daily activities.
We believe in flexibility, inclusion and individuality. Every person is unique — and so is the support we offer.
